Claudia "The Snake Killer" has today's question, which is, how does James retain the information from all the books he reads?

James usually reads about five books at the same time, making it through 20% of each book daily. If something interests him, he'll highlight it and write it down.

And then he'll try to teach it to someone else.

What's the best way to get your dream job?

A listener wrote in to say that he has been sending his "out-of-the-box ideas" to his company, but he hasn't heard back.
